Deck 24
Lower Promenade Deck

The Principle recreational Facilities onboard Space Station Ian Fleming is called the Promenade. The Promenade is divided into three levels consisting of decks 22 (upper level), 23 (mid level) and 24 (lower level). The Promenade has a wide range of shops, cultural interests, trading posts, services, entertainment and food establishments. Commercial Space is controlled by Starfleet Intelligence and is leased by the cubic meter, in addition to partition construction and utilities costs for EPS power, common gas and fluid supplies, and ODN connections. The number and type of merchants will vary from time to time, though the occupied volume is typically around 90%.

The lower Promenade Deck is designed with an "open air" concept, patterned after 16th century earth history in which inhabitants would sell their wares in temporary small structures such as tents or huts. The Lower deck is primarily divided into four commercial areas;

The Merchants Bizarre offers a wide variety of goods and trinkets from all over Federation Space and beyond. From Bajoran earpieces and Tholian silk to Ferengi Stem bolts and (it is rumored) Romulan Ale. For hard-core collectors to casual shoppers, most anything (for a price) can be found here.

Featured in the center of the deck is an area called "Central Park", which is a beautifully wooded area with ponds and walkways throughout. Benches are located everywhere in the park for station inhabitants to enjoy. At the center of  the park is a rock formation called "Fleming Falls". Though primarily there to hide the Computer and Power Systems Core running up the center of the station, the falls add a breathtaking view for those there to relax. Holographic emitters are also hidden in the falls that provide the visitors the abundant wildlife that they see.
